All servers are supplied on a monthly rolling contact basis unless otherwise stated.

We accept major of credit/debit cards.

We accept Paypal Transactions.

We do not accept Bank Transfer/standing orders or Postal Cheques.

 – Basic Support – With basic support we will only support Hardware and Certain Software.

 Any Additional Support is at the depression of the support agent.

 – Premium Support: ​Automatic server updates, security patches, software firewall configuration

Our Servers are located within Coventry – West Midlands (UK)

For Shared Web Hosting:

Instantly after first payment is received.

For Virtual Servers Hosting:

Within 2 working days after payment is received.

For Software Licenses:

  • cPanel/WHM: 1 working day.
  • WHMCS: 1 working day.

There is no charge for operating system re-installs within hours.

Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM (Excluding holidays)

If out-of-hours reinstalls there is a £20 service charge
